The International Symposium "As the Academy Turns" has been openend this morning

This morning the International Symposium As the Academy Turns has been officially opened by the Region of Murcia Director General for Fine Art and Cultural Heritage, Enrique Ujaldón accompanied by Hedwig Fiijen, director of the Manifesta Foundation, Jan Kaila (Professor of the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts in Helsinki) and Henk Slager (Dean of the Utrecht Graduate School of Visual Art and Design). The symposium brings together leading figures in the field of international art research and citique and is taking place at the Centro Párraga. It will last until the 4th of December.
