Summer Course: "Una perspectiva desde dentro. Paseo Comentado por las sedes de Manifesta 8 en Cartagena" ("A view from inside. Commented walks through Manifesta 8 headquarters in Cartagena")
Anna Pahissa, Bachelor¿s degree in art history and Master¿s degree in Cultural Management at the University of Barcelona, has worked in the royalty field of visual artists and art galleries. In recent years, she has developed coordination works and production of art projects and contemporary culture, which include among others, the coordination of exhibitions, workshops, publications and audiovisual projects. She is currently working as curating assistant of the curatorial group tranzit.org in the framework of Manifesta 8.
Rían Lozano, art historian and Doctor of Philosophy (field of aesthetics and art theory). She has worked as independent curator, art critic and researcher hired by the University of Valencia. She has completed an investigation stage at UNAM (Mexico), Goldsmiths (UK) and the Université Rennes 2 (France). She works currently at the Manifesta 8 curatorial department, assisting the Chamber of Public Secret (CPS).
Yolanda Riquelme, Bachelor¿s degree in Art History and Superior Technique of Arts applied to sculpture. She has worked in teaching art in different programs of the town hall of Madrid and ¿La Caixa¿ Foundation. In the last two years, she has worked with the organization in Graz (Austria) collaborating in the organization of different programs and exhibitions in Austria and different countries of the Balkans and Eastern Europe. She is currently working at the Biennial Manifesta 8 as curating assistant of the curatorial group Alexandria Contemporary Arts Forum (ACAF).
